Elkins Ranch, located near the entrance to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, provides visitors with a close-up look at West Texas’ heritage and beauty. The Elkins Ranch has been a working ranch for more than 75 years. Visitors can take guided horseback or Jeep tours lasting from one to three-and-a-half hours.

Creekwood Ranch: A beautiful West Texas sunset, good food and good entertainment are what you’ll get when hosting a private party at the Creekwood Ranch. Located five miles northeast of Canyon, this working cattle ranch is another perfect setting for friends and family to enjoy the old west.

The evening includes an authentic chuck wagon supper. Open from mid-May to the first part of September, the Creekwood Ranch take visitors back in time for a taste of the “good ole days.” For reservations call 806-356-9856.
